Nintendo Wii Console

The Wii is a game console released by Nintendo. The console was released on November 9th 2006. A stand out feature of the console is it's wireless controller the ''Wii Remote'', which is used as a handheld pointing device and a movement detector. The ease and use of the Wii remote allows for a unique gaming experience that you cant find on any other console. 
The Wii comes with the Wii remote, the nunchuk, the Wii sensor bar, a console stand, AC adapter and an AV cable. As well as these it comes with the Wii sports disc, featuring numerous sports games playable on the Wii.

Wii communicates wirelessly with the Internet via your router or a Wii LAN adapter. Wii also connects wirelessly with Nintendo DS. Another unique feature of the Wii is it's ability to stay connected to the internet on standby, meaning downloading features and updates can be done even when your not using the console.
